Louis Anthony Vigliotti

Louis Anthony Vigliotti is a graduate from the University of North Florida with a B.S. and a M.S. in Civil Engineering. He has worked for several Land Development Architectural Engineering firms in Ormond Beach and Jacksonville, FL; the Northeast Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) as a Wastewater Engineer; and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Jacksonville, FL as a Project Manager for the Formerly Used Defense Sites Program and in Omaha, NE as a Project Manager for the Fueling Systems Mandatory Center for Expertise.
In 2015 he moved back to his hometown of Ormond Beach, FL where he obtained his Certified Master Plumbers License, Certified General Contractors License and Professional Engineering License for the state of Florida. With his new licensures, he was able to run Lou’s Plumbing, a well established business in Ormond Beach, and formed LAV Engineering, PLLC.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, fishing and surfing. He likes to travel whenever possible, especially if it takes him to a killer surfing or fishing location. And he is a “foodie” so he does enjoy trying new food wherever his travels take him.

Pamela is an indispensable and highly skilled Executive Assistant and Office Manager, playing a pivotal role in the seamless operation of the firm. As the direct Executive Assistant to Louis Anthony Vigliotti, PE, she ensures that both executive and firm-wide functions run efficiently, balancing administrative, managerial, and operational responsibilities with precision. Pamela wears many hats—overseeing daily office operations, managing project documentation, coordinating schedules, and serving as a key liaison between engineers, clients, and vendors. She is instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance records, processing contracts, and optimizing workflow to enhance productivity so our team can focus on their core responsibilities, driving the firm's engineering projects to success. Pamela is known for her exceptional research skills. When challenges arise and answers seem elusive, she has an uncanny ability to track down solutions, uncover critical information, and provide the insights needed to keep projects on course. Her attention to detail is unwavering, ensuring no important detail is ever overlooked.

Carsen Duncan
Architectural Engineer
Carsen is a recent graduate from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. After graduating, Carsen and her husband Payton (also an Engineer), and their two dogs, Daisy and Bailey, all made the move to sunny Florida to begin their professional careers. Carsen has always had a passion for architecture and how things were made, which led her to the path of becoming and Architectural Engineer. Carsen Duncan is an emerging Architectural Engineer with a passion for blending structural engineering principles with innovative architectural design. With three years of experience in the field, she is dedicated to learning and growing her expertise in building systems, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
Carsen has worked on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience in structural analysis, materials selection, and collaboration with architects and contractors. She thrives in a team environment, where she continues to develop her skills while contributing fresh perspectives and problem-solving abilities to each project.
